We, our, and us, when used in this notice, mean First State Bank.
This is our privacy notice for our customers. When we use the words

- Former Customers

that we collect in connection with providing a financial product

information that is available from public sources, such as telephone
directories or government records. Hereafter, we will use the term

owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by
the same company that owns or controls us.
Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but means owning

you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards

We have the same policy about disclosing information about former
customers as we do about current customers.

First State Bank is chartered under the laws of the State of Texas
and by state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas
Department of Banking. Any consumer wishing to file a complaint
against First State Bank should contact the Texas Department of
Banking.
First State Bank also engages in the business of selling checks
as an agent for a company licensed under the laws of the State of
Texas and subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Department
of Banking. Any consumer wishing to file a complaint concerning
sale of checks activities should contact the Texas Department of
Banking.
Consumers may file complaints with the Texas Department of Banking
by contacting the Department through one of the means indicated
